Use to buy a lot on QVC but I now look anywhere else but there to buy what

I want before I would buy it from the Q.  I don't understand some of the blogs

but I order from Amazon one day and it's delivered the next day or at the most 

2 days later.  I look first at other sites.  Like a lot of people I have been waiting

for orders for quite some time.  Jockey underwear I bought is still being presented

while I have been waiting for almost a month to get mine.  I purchased a

clearance item thinking it's in stock so it can't take long and it's now three weeks later

and I'm still waiting.  It's a shame because I did order several before but now hesitate

to buy from QVC because of the delivery time.

I had put in orders at a couple other companies I have used before, and they're now taking two weeks even though their websites say shipping 3-5 days. Must just be the way things are but for how long?

You are right with the virus situation.  Although, a few weeks ago, they sent me a empty box, no kidding, nothing in it for 49.+ Dollars.  Well being a very strong personality, I raised h### and they have been sending my stuff in a couple of days, no more than three..  They got the empty order to me in two days.  

Today, I received my Lessman orders that I ordered Friday on HSN, yet the Lessman order from QVC May 5  is still not here, but it is laying in the PO since the 10th.

I have switched more to HSN.

Qvc was running about 8 days for my last order.  Amazon prime was extremely slow, weeks long. 

My other deliveries seem normal from fed ex.

I have that problem too.Seems like they are waiting for the items to be made ,then shipped from overseasIn process for along time!

I ordered 2 pair of pedal pushers May 8.  One came and was the wrong color and didn't fit.  I tried to cancel the other pair.  I couldn't cancel.

It is now JUNE 15, the other pair is still in process and I still cancel AND it is still on easy pay!  The other was refunded and is no longer on easy pay.

Now go figure that!

This is totally unacceptable - no matter what the excuse is now!  I have had several orders delayed beyond belief lately. I am waiting for my last order to ship & then I'm finished with this company.  I've been finding the same items QVC has at other online retailers at lower prices & shipping time is normal so why tolerate this situation any longer.  If a compnay as large as Amazon can ship things within a reasonable time then QVC can as well.  At this point I really don't care.

My Denim & Co. TSV hasn't shipped yet.  Amazon--I get many orders next day or in 2 days.  Sometimes if from an Amazon seller they take longer or items that are in short supply now.    QVC should give us more time to cancel since items just sit there for several days.

I, too, am beyond frustrated with this horrible shipping and customer service!!  I ordered a food item (Tosi bars) on April 29-and it has STILL not arrived!!!!  I have called customer service over and over and over again to cancel, but no one ever picks up the phone!!!!  I have asked the regular operators to take care of it, but they say they can only take orders!  I have been a very longtime customer, but after this and other delays in processing returns,  I will be done wtih QVC!  I'm sure I can get most of the things I buy at Ulta, Sephora or Amazon anyway.
