It's not just QVC in my case. On May 6 I purchased summer clothes from Justice for my gd.

As of today June 10 still not delivered... per text from Justice shipped May 13 ...now this is ridiculous😳

A few minutes ago I got update delivery expected UPS June 10.

5 minutes later text said :arrived at post office _______. This po is 2 states away...

Never again😡😡🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

I do want things within 2 weeks. They are on my credit card. Items coming from Ontario then to California are being held up. Probably because they have ridiculous rules in those places and partly because QVC ships the cheapest way. I ordered one color of Laurie Felt crops. If they fit I was going to order another color. Forget about it. I have the other color on check status because it was a special price. Well I’m losing the price and I don’t want to wait till winter for white crops. Some brands ship and are delivered in a very timely manner. I got a D&C dress in 2 days! I won’t be ordering Laurie Felt and any other brand that I know comes from California/Canada. Some of Isaacs now come from Canada.

Lands End it end come to me quickly. I’m impressed.

If you can’t expedite delivery, please quit pushing so many items. I’m grateful QVC has kept up with presentations etc. They helped me get through this pandemic during our horrible winter.

Macy’s is the worst. When you can’t even speak to a human, that’s bad. Their phone loops don’t work either. I ordered some makeup for a trip yesterday. Lipsticks and lip pencils. Every shade is not what I ordered. Saw it this morning. $146 of makeup. Now I’ll have to call UPS because I’m not quite ready to go into their store. I’ll try ordering them from Nordstrom’s. Their website must be really malfunctioning.

Same things have happened to me with back order then in process then back order.

I do not think QVC's mess up has much to do with the virus.

It began back when they bit off more than they can chew buying HSN.

As if that wasn't bad enough, when the new "Director" (whatever her position is called) The one that ran Disney World............took over QVC.......

Thats when it all fell apart!!! (imo)

A Happy Delivery Story:

On June 8th I ordered: K49855 LocknLock 2 Piece Pitcher set. Today is June 11th and it was just delivered an hour ago.

@hellodali Good for you!! That's great!! I have an order that's been "in transit to a UPS facility" for THREE DAYS!!! Its just unbelievable.

I ordered Lessman leg vites. May 5, still haven,t got it. Yet if I had ordered it from HSN or pro caps, I would have had it by now. Every place I order gets to me in days of by the week. QVC HAS GONE DOWNHILL SO MUCH. THEY NEED TO FIRE THE HEAD HONCHO . At least I don,t but from them like I use to when they were good. Can,t even get CS sure other companies you can. Even DMV will call back.
