We have had a return policy change - as of August 1st, if you return an item for an exchange (new size, different color etc) there will be no charge. Just use the return label, mark it for exchange and what you would like and if it is available we will send it out.

Great news Beth. When the original shipping changes happened, shoppers received an email and there was a banner on the website. Are there any plans to formally communicate the changes?

Could I make the suggestion that policy changes like this be sent to registered customers via email. I shop primarily online and missed any announcements on this made on air and was going by my previous experience. If the change was noted on the website I missed it, as the landing page has too much stuff to read through and I go to the search feature to shop. So I guess I am a lazy shopper but probably very typical! Thank you again for your information.

It's a wonderful policy - long past due actually. Does it apply to non-clothing items? For example, you bought the "Cerise" Le Creuset Chef's Oven but have decided "Flame" better suits your kitchen decor.
