Does anyone know how this works?  I used a $50 gift card for a purchase in May, ended up returning the item and now have no idea where that $50 amount  is.  The item was $49.98 and I have not seen any notice of a credit  on my statements nor when I go into my acct.  Of course I tried to send an email but the page stating "QVC.com is unavailable at this time" popped up so I will probably call them in the a.m.  This is the first time I ever had a return using a gift card.  TIA!

Like any gift card, the credit should be refunded to you in the form of a reissued gift card.  You wouldn't have a credit on your statement, I highly doubt they would link it to your credit card. 

I had a credit recently and it showed up when I bought an item, the credit was shown and the balance due.

You could check tonight, check something out but don't hit "submit" and see if your credit is shown there.

I have a credit on my account and it shows up when I want check out.  I can choose to use it or skip it.  Or call customer service for details.

DId you not get a E mail when they processed your return?  I thought that E mail always referenced how your refund would be handled.
