I never get tired of hearing Jane’s stories. She’s done more in her life than most people have!! And Courtney and Jane are best friends. If Courtney loves being around her that’s all that matters. I’m for Team Jane and Coco. 😁😁😁

I don't think anyone on this forum is capable of making a psychiatric diagnosis.  JT, her daughters & friends may read these comments and find them hurtful.   Jane may have empty nest syndrome & miss her daughters.  She may live vicariously thru her daughters as she too enjoyed dancing.  Every woman I know brags about their children, no matter what their chosen profession.   She might be a helicopter mom; her one daughter lives in NYC so I'd be visiting often as well.   All of the behavior posters describe re Jane and her children is quite normal and I am still involved in the field of psychiatry since retirement.  

She does chatter a lot but whether you like her or not, I believe JT to be a very productive employee, seems to get along with staff, other hosts & on air reps/vendors.  George Simington called in during the shoe shopping show & seemed happy to talk with Jane & expressed his admiration of her.   She does many collaborations with vendors, has brought in new vendors & seems to love her job & is enthusiastic.  So from a management prospective, JT is a good employee and will remain at QVC until SHE decides to retire.  

if she is annoying or distracting to you, don't watch her shows.   But, don't judge her mental capacity as no one is capable of doing so thru a TV encounter.  Shawn, her husband, does travel with her to see their children as she often has stated this. 

Yes, Courtney is quite capable of doing a show alone & I enjoy when she does so.
