I have 20 EZ pay authorizations that hit my visa. I also sent 2 items back & the returns cannot be processed until I’m billed. These 2 items have no authorization or charge on my visa. This is a mess.

I can't believe they put through that many authorizations at one time.  What a total disaster for you.  I'm so sorry.

 

I have been reading the QVC page on fb and there are countless people on there in the same position.  I have never heard of this happening before with any company, let alone one as large as QVC.  I am still in shock that they haven't said anything publically about this.  I am guessing this has impacted thousands and thousands of customers.  This is no joke and it has caused major headaches for many people.

 

I no longer have the red flag on my account, but I am continuing to see charges going through on my debit card even though I don't owe an easy payment until next week.  I have been very careful in checking to make sure things match up.  This morning I am seeing one pending authorization that looks like a double-charge to me.  It's a small amount, but it's MY money and not theirs.  That same amount actually posted yesterday, so I don't understand why that same charge is showing "pending" today.  Insanity.

I'm part of one of the FB groups and I'm reading a lot of posts about people canceling their Auto Deliveries.  Hope they get this mess cleared up soon.  Here's one:

I got hit for 15 easy pays over the last two days. I can't access those particular ones in my account because it comes up that something is wrong and contact customer service. I did and customer service told me I was locked out of my account because I tried to access too many times. Those are the only easy pays I can't look at so I am not locked out of my account. Oy

First of all orders default to easy pay. I hate that. I purposely put it to full pay. Checking monthly easy pays is a pain in the a. Now some have slipped through, annoying. Now I am past due 7 bucks and cannot not order anything until that is paid. So I go to pay it and it clicks pay but 3 clicks later it still isn't paid. Am I paying 3 times? Gee let me check my credit card account. Nothing. I canceled my 60 dollars x mas cake, canceled my auto delivery on Philosophy and bought my Dooney from Amazon. Because you all said I a 35 year customer who spends a lot of money, never returns and pays my bills won't let me order. Good job. Yeah focus on the host and their antics.

Wrong is still wrong just because you benefited from it.

I have been very vocal on the ez pay problem, at which point one of my posts last night was removed because I mentioned I was contacting the C E O (gasp) of QVC and supplying all my information.  

 

Yes, when I first saw other people sending out the alarm on FB, I immediately checked my account and saw I had many payments from 6/28 to 7/7 "in billing".  I also contacted the social team, supplied them with my order numbers.  At the time, some were pending on my credit card, then those also disappeared.  That was on July 15th, today I see that my last "in billing" are finally back in pending on my CC transations.  I hope they go through to posted on Monday.  I checked my easy pays yesterday morning on my QVC account  and everthing was OK, I checked in the evening and I had red flags!  The red flags disappeared this morning again.  What a mess.

 

I have 16 easy pays for August, the same for Sept.  When I see my previous ones are finally posted so I can pay my statement (in full like I always do), I will certainly pay the balance of the August + September payments and when they are also posted - I am through.  

 

No one should be denied access to their account - even if you check it often.  

 

Sorry for all those that are still having problems, - I only hope mine will be finally through by next week.

 

Edited to add - QVC owes all of us that are tangled up in this mess through no fault of own - a sincere appology from the CEO.

Looks like I am not the only one with the problem. At least I don't have many.  All will be paid off in 2 months and i am through with QVC.

@qvcaddition  weren't your Easy Pays brought up to date with the other Customers?

Two are now pending, which brings upto date.  I don't have many.  It just puts a little more strain on my budget, but they will all be paid off by Oct, Nov and that's it for me.  I was billed for the two 7-20 and now for the 28th when they were due. Not much, but makes two payments in the same month.  I was not charged extra, but two in the same month. Caught up now. 

They ask that I go on the QVC facebook page. I'm 86, I don't do facebook.  When my account is paid up, no more QVC.

They are not the company they were anymore.  Too many issues.  I have been with them for over 20 years, but not the same.  If they sent out a notice to customers that this was happening, that would have been nice.  My fault for not catching it on last month's bill.
