I have been very vocal on the ez pay problem, at which point one of my posts last night was removed because I mentioned I was contacting the C E O (gasp) of QVC and supplying all my information.
Yes, when I first saw other people sending out the alarm on FB, I immediately checked my account and saw I had many payments from 6/28 to 7/7 "in billing". I also contacted the social team, supplied them with my order numbers. At the time, some were pending on my credit card, then those also disappeared. That was on July 15th, today I see that my last "in billing" are finally back in pending on my CC transations. I hope they go through to posted on Monday. I checked my easy pays yesterday morning on my QVC account and everthing was OK, I checked in the evening and I had red flags! The red flags disappeared this morning again. What a mess.
I have 16 easy pays for August, the same for Sept. When I see my previous ones are finally posted so I can pay my statement (in full like I always do), I will certainly pay the balance of the August + September payments and when they are also posted - I am through.
No one should be denied access to their account - even if you check it often.
Sorry for all those that are still having problems, - I only hope mine will be finally through by next week.
