My question is why is it that QVC has all these issues with billing, shipping, refunds and many issues with their website? I don't have all these issues with any other company.  It is just strange.

I just looked and i have 3 from July 4th and 5th. Talked to customer service. Not happy. It is just a mess on this website.

I just went onto my own Order Status page and saw that I also have a Past Due notice on my account.  The money comes out AUTOMATICALLY on easy pays, so I'm really not sure what is going on.  I have decided to give it a few days before calling.  I'm hoping they figure this out and correct it.

 

Please check your accounts when you have time.  It sounds like it is a mess for many people.  They are being locked out of their accounts right now.

 

I have been paying off my easy pays over the last several weeks and I do not intend to use it anymore.  It's very upsetting that a huge corporation such as QVC should make this kind of mistake.  Lesson learned.


This just happened to me today. Thank you for the post. This morning all was fine then 1 hour ago a few easy pays from the beginning of July showed up past due. Shows in billing need to go check to see if they had already been billed so I am not double billed.

This whole thing is extremely frustrating.  My easy pay from yesterday went through and I thought I was in the clear.  I just checked my account again and now I see I have TWO past due installments in big red letters under my order status.  I am extremely upset that this is happening.  There is absolutely no excuse for this.  I'm worried about waking up tomorrow to find even more issues with my easy pays.  I'm afraid to pay anything off right now because I feel that it will be very easy for them to double-bill me for things that I have already paid.  It's a complete disgrace and I want OUT.

 

I know people are always saying how they are done with QVC and how they are cutting up their cards, etc. I know people are often saying that out of frustration and anger, but I have to be honest, I'm feeling that way too right now. 

 

I can deal with the messed up website, difficulties signing in, trouble with leaving reviews, slow shipping, mistakes in sending wrong colors for items, and even their poor return processing. However, the one thing I am finding hard to accept is this MESS with easy pay.  They are now personally affecting my bank account.  I am powerless in what I can do about it because according to them, it's owed money.  Of course we should all pay what we owe, but this is not part of the deal.  When I purchase an item on easy pay, I view it as sort of a contract.  It's a contract to pay what I owe AT THE TIME IT IS DUE.  The money should be coming out on the agreed upon time; not 3 weeks later.   This is beyond awful and I can only imagine what people with large sums of money being taken out are feeling right now.  I feel lucky that I only owe a small amount.

 

The worst part right now is that there is no statement from QVC.  There should be some kind of banner across their website explaining the issue so that people can check their accounts.  Many customers don't go on fb and don't read these forums.  I heard an email was sent out to some, but I did not receive one.  I bet there are many people who have no idea that this is happening and I'm sure QVC wants to keep it that way.

 

I know they are working on it.  I can't imagine that they aren't, but I still can't even believe this is something we have to worry about right now.  Just terrible.

I  finally did an online chat yesterday and was told she would pass it along and check back in a few days.  I checked today and it looks as though it was cleared up.  This is crazy that we have to call when they know they have an issue.

That happened to me once at the end of June. Didn't know until 9 days later, in the meantime I was still able to place an order. Didn't affect me. Sent email to the Social Team and it was cleared up.

 

Checked a few days ago and another one was also not charged. Didn't bother me and yesterday morning it went through.

 

Don't know how it is affecting the Bank Account.  I check my Bank Account everyday and I know what I have and what should be there. If I put a certain amount in my checking account for that month for Bills and after a while I see extra I would know something is wrong and I would look to see what wasn't paid and leave the money there. No overdrafts no nothing.

I'm glad you aren't having the same issues/concerns as many of us are.

 

To answer your question/comment, it is impacting my bank account because they are taking money out of my account at times when they are not authorized to do so.  There is a lot of back and forth with payments being made, refunded, and pulled again.  Yes, I check my bank account daily as well.  I know what is coming and going each and every day.  These "extra" charges are quite confusing and I have to keep backtracking to different points in the month to see if the money was removed in the first place.  I have been lucky to not have been double-billed yet.  Others are not as fortunate.

 

Regardless of whether or not this issue is impacting a person's bank account or bothers them at all really isn't the issue.  I think the reason why people are so upset is because this is a serious technical issue that QVC is having difficulty with repairing.  Customers shouldn't have to be worrying about this.

@Grade1Teach  it happened to me twice but the second time I didn't say anything about it because I knew what was happening in and it came out ok.

I also had 4 or 5 items that say "in billing" going back to June 27th and through early July. I called customer service twice and was never told there was an issue, that all looked fine on their end. Definitely don't pay the same payment again it will catch up....eventually. I always use easy pay but may change my habits going forward. Between this and the return delays being blamed on the fire it sure makes me wonder why they can't seem to get it together !!!

I agree I think I may have to change my habits also. Recently past due showed up on mine yesterday from the beginning of July they are in billing but have not been removed from past due. So my shopping privileges have been stopped. I contacted the social team saying the easy pays are payed but not removed yet as past due and all I got was they are doing a major system upgrade. That's fine but why should you not be able to order when the mistake is on there end. It is what is but lesson learned. Cleaning up my easy pays when this mess is resolved. To much hassle anymore happening with the Q.

which is a shame.
