I have two that show late. Can't be because I use Q card and pay off each month when I get the notice due. Happened once before. I will have to check more often.

I was on the QVC facebook group a few minutes ago and there are a few posts about a glitch in their system for easy pays. Apparently easy pays that were supposed to be taken out in June/July were not taken out and QVC has decided to take them out now. Unbeknownst to them, many people have easy pays that are past due on their accounts (in big red letters on their order status page). Some easy pays were taken out and now they are being taken out again (per several people on the fb page). QVC said they are aware of this error and they are trying to correct it, but customers are understandably upset.
I just went onto my own Order Status page and saw that I also have a Past Due notice on my account. The money comes out AUTOMATICALLY on easy pays, so I'm really not sure what is going on. I have decided to give it a few days before calling. I'm hoping they figure this out and correct it.
Please check your accounts when you have time. It sounds like it is a mess for many people. They are being locked out of their accounts right now.
I have been paying off my easy pays over the last several weeks and I do not intend to use it anymore. It's very upsetting that a huge corporation such as QVC should make this kind of mistake. Lesson learned.
@Grade1Teach I put several things on Easy Pay when I stopped getting my items. Well, now I have lost track of what I have paid and have no hope of ever finding it out.
Since the Denim and Co. pants are no more, and this whole year has been a mess beginning with the fire and jewelry items never shipped then wrong items shipped, I'm done I think. I feel like the fork has been stuck in one too many times.

They have been aware of this for a couple weeks or more and never notified anyone until now, and that's if you call to ask "what is going on."

It happened to me too. Two EZ pays that were supposed to be taken out on July 1 & 2nd was not, but I was never notified until a few days ago I saw past due in bold RED. I quickly paid them, but I was afraid that maybe I was double billed. I tried reading my credit card statements, but some are not ready yet because they are for the month of July. We should have been notified either in writing or by email.

Thank you I just checked my account and found I too have past due. There is no reason these didn't go thru and if they want to be paid then QVC can correct it🤬🤬
I'm not paying it as it states because getting my double billing amount would be a bigger nightmare I'm sure!!!
I just noticed for a exchange that QVC refunded vs exchanged (although item available) I was charged $6.95. I plan to go thru my statements because I'm sure they're are other errors. Then I'll contact QVC.

when I got paid...I went and paid several easy pays...well they stayed in billing for far too long . I called my bank and was told the problem was not on thir end. The charges were approved. It was on QVC end. I contacted customer service...they didn't know anything. I contacted customer care...I was told an update was being done to the finance/IT department. I paid my easy pays the end of June and early July. I posted this
mid July. I was not the only one who had these issues.
If I was the head of that department and was holding up all of these charges....I would be worried. That has to be a lot of money. QVC doesn't care about us...they care about
money...So I cannot figue out why this hasn't been fixed sooner....It is holding up a lot of money. Not all of my easy pays have cleared yet.

Guess QVC fixed the ez pay mess because I just got notified from my cc they deducted the ez pays tonight.
Glad I didn't pay them ...

I checked late last night and noticed that those big red letters had disappeared and the easy pay amount posted to my account. All seems well... for now.
Yes, I am glad I didn't pay it off either. I think that would have caused even more confusion. Since QVC was aware of the issue, I was hopeful that they would correct it. However, I honestly don't think I'll ever know if I was double-billed or not at this point. I had a few things on easy pay with similar dollar amounts and it would be a painstaking process to go through each and every one. I do check on my account daily, so I will have to continue to keep a close eye on it that way.
I will continue to pay off what I owe and be done with easy pay. It's really not cool when a company makes a mistake where your hard-earned money is concerned. It's not acceptable for them to take money out of your account whenever they please. Yes, the money was supposedly owed to them, but to remove money from an account weeks later than the scheduled payment date is just plain WRONG. Some people plan their finances out to the exact amount and could have run low on funds or been over their credit limit.
Something needs to change big time over there.

I use full EZ on every single thing I order...ever since it was invented.
This is NOT a common occurance...has never happened to me b4.
I showed 4 late payments yesty.
Today they are all cleared up.
There are NO late fees associated with Q billing the EZ payments late.
always good to watch, but no big deal IMHO.
