I have watched and ordered from QVC since day one. In past years QVC would have Christmas in July on a weekend, Now it starts in June and never ends! ENOUGH. I know this is a big push to sell but frankly I just turn the channel. I will watch when it is actually close to Christmas. That is after the 4th of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, and Halloween.

Yes. They are having a preview day for Christmas in July today, but then there are only five or six shows—not full days, just individual shows—until the big kickoff on July 12. At least for me, it's not only a nice way to spend a day, but it's a very welcome break from the all the fashion days that have taken place over the past month or two.

@cazenovia Not sure why the drama. If you turn the channel, what is the problem?

I think it's a change from some of the constant fashion brands, and all things Dyson, Shark or Ninja.

@cazenovia  Just a hint; if you are planning to buy any new Christmas related items from QVC, you probably should be shopping before Halloween. That goes for any craft stores, etc. The CIJ offerings and prices are generally better than later in the year, if they are still available.

And management has said in earnings reports that they are bringing in lower inventory amounts from various vendors and country of origin, so if you see something you like now, I would scoop it up.

It really is ridiculous. I haven't watched any of it. However, I am guessing a major selling point is going to be "buy now" because with the tarriffs we don't know how expensive things will be in the fall. I can just hear hosts repeating this ad nauseam.

And the way the shipping has been going lately, you'd better order now if you want to get anything by Christmas.

Especially if it's coming from the Ontario warehouse.
