this drives me crazy !   I see a item I missed out on but then I see it's waitlisted ......nope once you click then "just missed it , sold out "! In red comes up !!!!😬. If it isn't REALLY available then get it off waitlist!!🤯. This happens all the time and they never take it off .   Also show an item is available in color/size then you think Great I can order it!
only to find out nope it's sold out !!   😠

This happens often enough that I have my suspicions about this practice.

Sold out items that appear to be available and the inventory is never corrected on the website. Happens over and over again. 

I don't waitlist for anything anymore, either.

@Kitty Galore Although this used to never happen on QVC, I have noticed it more frequently that an item is sold out but still shown as an option. Not sure why the change.

With that said, and I know at times it can be frustrating, I just consider that I wasn't meant to have the item and move on. Nothing on QVC is so important that I have to have it nor can I not find it elsewhere if I really want it. I would prefer it is removed entirely off the website if I can't order it but there must be a reason for this change.
