Not at all, it is for everyone that uses Be Frugal to get rebates back from placing online orders. Very similar to Rakuten, etc. A rate of 14% is considered very high.

Next few days BF has another Q incentive, make a purchase get 8% back and an extra $5 must activate the promo on the BF site
