@bewise   Where did you get the idea that it's too warm, everywhere in CA, year-round, to wear Barefoot Dreams fashions?

I lived there for 30+ years, and many areas have cold temps, especially in the winter, especially in the Sierra Nevada Mountains.

you are also wrong about their fashions being only for thin people.

Any time I have watched Barefoot Dreams shows, (which is not often) the vendor always states  "Barefoot Dreams is a High End fashion line". I guess that is how they feel justified in charging such ridiculous prices for their garments.  They can say anything they want.  Doesn't sway me. Can I afford BD clothes, yes. Would I waste my money on their over priced clothes, nope. Feel the same way about Susan Graver line.  For what you get, you are over paying big time.

This line is too expensive for what it is!

Just received my BD TSV ultra lite tops today and love, love, love them. I have many BD items and enjoy them all, but I think this recent TSV may be my favorite. Beautiful colors and I am glad I got more than one.

Fits me perfectly and the ultra lite fabrication is just right for me; it always feels to soft against my skin.

Most days I wear something from this line, whether it is a top, jogger pants, socks, cap, or a cardigan. They all hold up well after being washed and maintain their softness. I believe this is my 6th year of purchasing/adding BD to my closets. They all look as good as when I received them.

Hope everyone else enjoyed their purchase.

Re: Barefoot Dreams

We're all different in our tastes and budgets, but now that Louis Dell'Olio has left, Barefoot Dreams is the only reason I continue to shop on QVC.  I live in Northern CA.  For those who think it is too warm here for BD, think again.

I purchased a few BD items when they first hit QVC

and were less expensive -still expensive.  I like the thicker fabric blend.

Over the years of washing and wearing (no dryer) it

has lost is thickness and super softness.  I know all fibers shed

but I feel this brand has shed more than my other sweaters.
