@gellen We generally ask that customer allow 12 days once the return has been received, could be a bit longer due to holiday returns.

@Kachina624   Same thing happened to me on BOTH the Q and HSN so I stopped all purchasing at this time.

  I returned items via UPS that, per tracking, arrived at the TV Road, Florence SC warehouse on 1/27 and none have as yet, have been refunded.  @Susan-QVC

After sending a bunch of Christmas gifts back in early January - as of last week - none of them had been credited.  I think 4-6 weeks is riduculous to wait for a refund. QVC really needs to figure this out - I do not have this issue with any other retailer.  BUT....use their quick return option where you send an email with all the info...I finally did that last week and heard back from that in about 5 days.

If I don't use Easy Returns, it takes  6 - 8 weeks using the prepaid label.  If I pay for return postage myself, maybe 2 weeks.  

Using Easy Returns, the refund is immediate.  Don't always remember to do this, though, that is how I know how long it takes withou it.
