@KingstonsMom  My bad ~ yes, the first two were purchased in the "as is" section. I wasn't explicit enough in my post.

@Susan Louise  Thank you. I will call back if and when the other one ships.

I purchased two of Valerie's 3 foot white birch trees. One for $25 in October and one for $39 in November. Last week  noticed that they were priced at $20 in AsIs. They had not shipped yet. I called for a price adjustment. Well, we'd be glad to WHEN they ship. Well, I can wait. What? Now they are priced back up to $39. If a customer has already ordered and the item is "in processing", why can't the price adjustment be done at that time? IMO, not good customer service.

That refund process happens in other places too.

E.g. A few weeks ago I forgot to apply a coupon code when buying on the Yankee Candle website.

When I rang, the only way they could now apply the coupon was after they had shipped, as if it was a return refund. Sure enough, a week later after my order had shipped, I got an email to say a refund to the value of the coupon had been applied to my card.

@pattypeep ,

I think the reason the item has to ship first is because in the event it never ships out QVC has refunded money never paid to them.

@Tissyanne  They are not refunding any money, simply adjusting the price, then instead of billing $39 when the item ships, they will bill $20. I appreciate your input. Heart
