I could understand if an As Is item is already an item that is a final clearance. That would only make sense. But to arbitrarily make any As Is item nonreturnable seems such a bad business move.
All these little changes to policies concerning As Is, or concerning Price Adjustment just seem to me very penny-wise and pound-foolish. QVC may see a slight monetary benefit in the short term but at the cost of a bitter taste in their customer's mouth and a loss of future sales. People are actually being paid to make these decisions?
Its almost as if they don't actually want to succeed.
