She is CORRECT!  When you now put an "As is" item in your cart it now says NOT eligible for returns or exchanges in bright red.  I think this is an unfair thing for QVC to do to their customers.  It usually is a returned customer item because there was a problem in the first place. Sometimes if used on set the item will be okay. QVC doesn't check the returned items well from customers and resells it "as is".  You will see that the ratings on a lot of "as is" are 1 star because there are problems.  The way QVC has "as is" set up now we pay for an "as is" item and you are stuck with it even if it was broken or non working before they sent it to you. They don't seem to care about the "Q = Quality" anymore. You buy "as is" they got your $ and they won't allow returns. It is a way for them to get paid and get rid of the broken stuff.  BAD BUSINESS QVC!

@Beth-QVC @Melvin-QVC @AnjalenaQVC or any moderator:

Is this really the new policy for "As Is" items?  Can someone clarify the situation, as it doesn't state this in the banner wording for "As Is"?

(In fact, it doesn't say it until you go to checkout!)

I bought this tank top on the last free shipping day.

It's clearance not As Is.

My order NOW says NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

Didn't say it then.....

First time ordering from this line. How would I have any idea about the fit or the quality of the fabrics???

In this case the item was inexpensive but that is not always the case.

You should check again. They do allow returns on as is or final sales.  Now that said there are a few items that clearly state no returns accepted, so you have to be sure on those.  I've returned as is or final sales items often.

Yes I went back to 2 as is orders from last week that are still “preparing your order” and they added the no return in red and I can’t cancel at this point. They better hope these items are on in good condition. Pretty sure it’s illegal to add no returns AFTER the order was placed😡

I hope we get clarification, I have ordered AS IS items in the past and have been in great condition. Now, I'm not sure it will be worth the risk.

@Lisarr   As Is returns were allowed before.  This is now.  Regardless of what the statement says, you should see what happens when you try to checkout an As Is item today.

As for you returning Final Sales often, that has never worked for me.  Final meant final.

Two quick notes:

1) It looks like they've added some coding to the website to apply the
"No Returns" language to all items labeled "As Is." I just checked
an "As Is" purchase I made back at the beginning of February,
which obviously wouldn't be returnable now anyway, and it has the
red note on it. I guess this change in policy isn't accidental!

2) A year or so ago, I purchased a "Blowout Clearance" item (the type
that would now be called a "Final Sale" item) and it arrived broken.
I did get a refund in that situation, so if you happen to get an item
that is truly awful or unusable, customer service should still help you.
