I have bought many "as is" clothing over the years. NO MORE if I can not return it.  I have recently returned a beach cover up that was torn in the front by the buttons. I returned a top that someone shrank so bad the sleeves were 3" shorter. I know because I have 2 other of the same top. I returned several items that have not even been close to the item I ordered. One t-shirt was in a bag labeled as the iterm I ordered but was yellow not red,

an extra large not a medium, and not a petite. This has been happening more and more lately. I could understand a no return policy if an item was priced maybe at $9-$15. But that is not the price I pay for the items I order. And most of them may be a little wrinkled or have a piece of dog or cat hair. Love them.

If this policy has indeed changed, then it changed just this week.  Because I have in my hand the return label for an as-is garment invoiced on June 11.

I can accept no returns on As Is items IF we can return when the item is broken or not working, perhaps even missing parts. If we just changed our minds or it doesn't fit, then I can accept the consequence.  However, they better mark them down more than they do now. The As Is items are no longer the bargains they use to be.

@Caaareful Shopper    I just bought an As Is Evelyn & Bobbie bra but no where did it say final sale but when I went to my account page to view the order it says final sale - not eligible for returns.   I have been buying less and less from the Q but this will encourage me to buy eben less.

OMG you guys are right!  My as-is garment, WHICH CAME WITH A RETURN LABEL, is indicated as "not eligible for returns or exchanges" on the order page.  I swear it did not say that a few days ago. What the absolute heck is going on?

I went to my order history to look for As-Is things I have ordered.  A bracelet I ordered last week now says it can't be returned.  It did not say that when I ordered.  If it would have I wouldn't have ordered it.  AND, a pair of pants I ordered in March also says the same thing.

Interesting, I just did a mock order of a bracelet, costing roughy $200.00.

Clearly stated not returnable for exchange or return as I went thru the check out process.

I am definately not purchasing anything of any value that cannot be returned.  QVC is shooting themselves in the foot.

I was willing to take a chance on reduced price as-is items as long as a 30-day return window existed. I have received items missing pieces, broken items, clothing that has been worn and washed. The point is they can't sell this poor quality and have a no return policy when you are purchasing sight unseen.

They are loosing touch with reality. What are they going to do with the As-Is items?? This new policy along with their other not so customer friendly price adjustments will loose more business. I am beginning to wonder if they want to remain relevant. I say buyer beware.
