Im having trouble online here today . Keeps saying to call QVC . Yesterday when I did get onto the site it had the days before TSV on the front page .

This has made me worried about how safe this co is for shopping online .

I really want QVC to do well , but they are going to lose more customers with this type of service , terrible .

After trying four times to place an order today...I gave up.

 

I came back this afternoon to see that the order has gone through...I have to say I am a bit confused. What on earth is going on with this website? Woman Frustrated

The website has definitely been having lots of problems over the past 48 hours. Three semi-useful solutions I've discovered are:

 

• Waiting for the page to fully load to make sure it has the best chance
   possible to display all the data—and then refreshing the page if an error
   message appears instead (almost always results in correct page loading)

 

• Double-clicking links (which is silly but actually works most of the time)

 

• Downloading the app (which I dislike but has had no issues at all today)

 

 

Hopefully, they'll get the site repaired soon. Good luck to everyone trying to shop...

I finally gave up trying late today (Monday). QVC lost my sale. They may have lost my as a customer! If QVC doesn't care if it's quick to buy from their site, shoppers will go elsewhere to shop. I don't have the time or desire to return several times to see it QVC is still working or not. I went elsewhere today to avoid this mess!!!
