the website is really crappy. too many "unavailable" responses to searches. been this way for days, now. They must have let the IT people go.

It's become BEYOND FRUSTRATING and, well, a ridiculous waste of time. I never thought shopping and buying would be so painful.

I tried placing an order 3 times today on the app.  Would not go thru.  I gave up.

@San Antonio Gal   I posted in another thread in the 'Customer Care' forum titled "Is QVC website down for anyone else?" about the same issue.

 

I'm also using a laptop...not using an app.
