I presume you are monitoring these boards and if so you must know the problems many people are having trying to place orders today.  If you haven't done so alteady,  willyou please advise your IT people to fix this issue!!!

For a long time this morning I was unable to access qvc.com period.  Nothing.  This is becoming routine on free shipping days.

 

I suppose HSN will be using the same phone system.  That'll be a disaster for sure.

This morning there was a note on the top of the page that online ordering was not available

QVC has more glitches in their website than any other retailer I have used.  It's a disgrace.

my order went through this morning then I got an email to say you left items in your cart .When I checked they were on my order list .

I also found navigating the site very slow .

I agree the IT dept here is terrible compared to other shopping oline stores
