For a long time this morning I was unable to access qvc.com period.  Nothing.  This is becoming routine on free shipping days.

I suppose HSN will be using the same phone system.  That'll be a disaster for sure.

Call me crazy, but maybe they should fix the previous century's technology before embarking on TikTok?

QVC has more glitches in their website than any other retailer I have used.  It's a disgrace.

I can't place my order and have tried several times. Very, very frustrating!!

my order went through this morning then I got an email to say you left items in your cart .When I checked they were on my order list .

I also found navigating the site very slow .

I agree the IT dept here is terrible compared to other shopping oline stores
