I know how you feel. I have stores I frequent, when I do go out, because of the staff. I want to have a pleasant, knowledgeable experience. I've always passed on my appreciation while there, and on their website, or other sites if the store doesn't have a place to acknowledge their employees.

 

I think it's great you gave a shout out to the "Sweet Ladies." I'm sure they feel the same about you!
