Roast and fixings in the crockpot.  What's on your menu for the evening?

Sending joy, prayers, love and gentle hugs to all who need them this holiday season.

Re: What's for dinner tonight?

Not too exciting for us today.  I made a stuffed pumpkin dinner a couple days ago so we'll be eating leftovers of that tonight.   I have plans to do a big housecleaning today so I'll be busy all day and exhausted later!   Enjoy your roast, sound delicious!

Re: What's for dinner tonight?

I made stuffed peppers yesterday and they were good.  No recipe, just threw it together by instinct.  I had large orange peppers so I halved them.  Each got around 1\4 lb. of ground beef.   I froze some and was glad I tried something different.

Re: What's for dinner tonight?

Nothing exciting....I have a meeting tonight so I'll rush home after work, eat, brush my teeth and then leave.  I have some leftover shredded chicken mixed with Salsa Verde so I'll have that and a salad that is basically already made.

Re: What's for dinner tonight?

Tonight I get to have dinner with our 16 yr old grandson after we pick out what he wants for Christmas.

I love this tradition!
