Had special dinner yesterday!  Publix makes their own Beerwurst during Oct.  Had it with peppers and onions in a sandwich!  Soooo good!  

Small ribeye and baked potato tonight!

Yesterday was my youngest daughter's 24th birthday and she requested like she does every year to go to The Melting Pot- a fondue restaurant.  We had cheddar cheese fondue, grilled our own proteins and veggies and chocolate turtle fondue for dessert.  I could have skipped the grilling as that was not my favorite but the cheese and chocolate were yummy.  

FYI yesterday was also John Lennon's 85th birthday and his son Sean's 50th birthday.

I did pretty good emptying our fridge.  I have a small amount of Brussels sprouts that will have to go and small amounts of mini peppers and baby cukes will come with us for snacking.  Two lone heads of petite romaine will be used for lunch today.  Since the fridge is bare, I'm going to wash it all out today and it'll be ready to restock when we return. 

Lunch will be Caesar salads with grilled chicken.

I am making broccoli cheddar soup, and crusty french bread for dinner tonight. Have a great day everyone.

Chopped Asian salad with added chicken, and leftover potato soup.  I make a blueberry loaf bread for dessert and breakfast.

Good evening everyone. Yestauday and today have been very chilly. Had an everything bagel for breakfast, tuna sandwich with lettuce and tomato for lunch and last of our leftovers for dinner. And some grapes. Have a great weekend everyone.

I cook for trucker daughter on Fridays and tonight we had chicken nuggets, mashed potatoes, fresh green beans, and deviled eggs.  Chocolate cake with whippy icing from my birthday.

Peppers from the garden in stuffed peppers!  Brown rice, hamburger, pepper pieces, onion, a little kinders spice, tomato sauce and a touch of ketchup!  Heaven!  I could eat them every day--when the outside pepper is browned and OH my!!!!!

Tonight we are having breaded pork chops, roasted potatoes, and cauliflower with cheese sauce. Have a great day all.
