I'm cooking tonight after going to lunch with a friend. I had seafood tacos. 
Tonight, Fish Friday! Fresh Copper River Salmon, Greek salad, and orzo pilaf.

We had "you wanna eat you fix it" supper.  Lol. Our grandson had a game (They won)!   DH seemed at a loss of gathering his own food!😂.  I had my reliable cereal.  

@RedTop Im sure you have been busy and tired and it's probably been bittersweet as well.  

@kate2357  I totally understand!  Every blood test and other tests and procedures have thankfully been normal.  But your right it is a pita!

Dh wanted macaroni and cheese and a few meatballs on the side with brown gravy. I cheated on the gravy and used liquid aujus as a base to make the gravy. It turned out okay.

We are having patti melts and corn on the cobb tonight.  I love butter and old bay seasoning on my corn!    Oops its June already!

Old Bay Seasoning on corn. Hmm, never thought of that but I bought 4 cobs of corn today and will try it - after bathing it in butter, of course.
