Tyson crispy chicken strips.

We have had Tyson a couple times and found that the strips are not uniform in size.  Some are so thin and small, they tend to get very hard when cooked.  I have had to complain to Tyson in the past.  Haven't tried Perdue as my husband didn't like the taste of their other breaded chix items.

Lately, both Tyson and Perdue frozen chicken strips "gross me out".  I can't put my finger on the exact reason...it is the texture or mouth feel.  Not just the strips, I don't like their nuggets and popcorn chicken too.  I like Pilgrim brand (maybe a regional brand?), and Bell and Evans.

I got DS a couple of boxes from Omaha Steaks. He loves them. They have a plain variety and Italian seasoning that he prefers.

If you have an Omaha Steak store near you, the stores carry them and avoid shipping.

I quit buying Tyson and Perdue brands years ago.

The only ones my family will eat now are Members Mark from Sams Club.

Another vote for the Omaha steak brand,  but I prefer the unseasoned

I have some by Just Bare, in the freezer, that I bought at Costco.  The are lightly breaded, antibiotic free, hormone free, and steroid free. I have them in case DGD wants them but it's not something DH and I would eat.
