@ECBG- I have gone through all the posts and can't find the recipe for the pic of the bread you said you posted.  All that I found are for Jordan Marsh Blueberry Muffins.  Could I trouble you to repost it please?

I love tea breads, all kinds - and the one you posted looks delicious!

 

When I bake I usually make muffins or scones. I can control the portion size that way, and I get extras for the freezer.

 

If we have a loaf of something, we will eat the whole loaf, and fast!

(I could freeze half a loaf; I've done that, but the temptation is to keep eating that loaf lol.)
