I gave up eating cereal or toast for breakfast because I was hungry an hour later. Too high in carbs. Plus I need to eat gluten free, so there's that.
I always have three cups of coffee, unsweetened full fat Greek yogurt with berries and a sprinkle of homemade granola for breakfast everyday. I usually eat breakfast around noon and that holds me until dinner. I might snack on nuts or a bit of cubed cheese.
Dinner is always a meat protein or eggs and a vegetable.
I will say that I feel a lot better having eliminated cruciferous vegetables from my diet.
