These things are eaten everyday: Banana, blueberries sweet and salty peanut bar. Now, that's not ALL I eat. Just what I eat everyday, lol.

I eat almost all the same food everyday. When I find something I like I don't mind eating on a regular basis. Cereal/oatmeal for breakfast, salad with chicken and a yogurt for lunch and a veggie stir fry with salmon for dinner. I have a few snacks during the day like cheese or fruit.
I don't seem to get tired of it. Makes shopping and meal planning easy. I only cook for myself so this works.

With multiple food allergies, I do eat certain foods over and over, but have no specific foods I eat every single day.

I quit Instant Breakfast.
I have Special K or Shredded Wheat, Special K with 1/2 banana and milk
1/2 sandwich with lettuce
PM snack 1/2 piece of fruit or yogurt
Din: meat, 1 green veggie, 2nd non starch vegie or salad/slaw. Occasionally 1/2 grilled potato. (NEVER 2 starches).

Coffee, dark chocolate, and wine are my major food groups.

Oats & honey granola with milk.
Birds Eye steamfresh broccoli florets
Yasso frozen yogurt bar
Everything else varies.

Every morning for breakfast I have 2 Jimmy Dean Turkey sausage links, a piece of whole grain toast and 2 apple slices. I also have a cup of decaf coffee. I snack on cinnamon covered walnuts and no added sugar dried blueberries during the day. For dinner I have a ceaser salad with Tyson grilled chicken chunks or baked shrimp, parmasean cheese, tomatoes,croutons and lite ceaser drsg. Occasionally I will switch my dinner to stirfried veggies (in oilve oil) with slices of turkey polish sausage . I have lost a total of about 65 lbs and no longer take diabetes meds.

First thing I eat when I get up is a bowl of Total cereal with lactose free milk and sometimes add part of a banana.
Occasionally (like this past week) DH bakes steel cut oatmeal with dried cherries, dates, pineapple and apricots. I do eat this instead of my Total first but I then eat Total for lunch. I consider it my vitamin pill.
I drink 1 bottle of unsweet ice tea everyday.
