Everyday I eat protein and veges. I can tell you what I don't eat are carbs. Not at all good for my blood sugar control. I do have coffee everyday. Fascinating discussion.

First, two cups of coffee with half a bagel or cereal. Sometimes oatmeal. Cereal is mini wheats, cinnamon toast crunch, honey bunches of oats in that order, all three. Lunch is cottage cheese or peanut butter on crackers and tea. Sometimes grilled cheese and tomatoes. Supper is whatever I feel like making. Hubby is not fussy. Today is beef stew.
