@SharkE - I have a Zo machine that I've had for years but haven't used in a long time.  I have several bread cookbooks from many years ago when I was making a lot of homemade bread.  Could you post your recipe?  Maybe it will motivate me.  TIA

Wed was 83 late in the day and Thurs at 6:30am it was 19 with snow.  Dropped below 15 last night.  Welcome to Colorado.
