Re: Warning Walmat.com Account Fraud

[ Edited ]

I knew the email address from previous emails sent by WalMart when you change your account information online, so the email was legit. It didn't come from a strange source. Generally, their email addresses aren't fully spelled correctly with the name of the store or are different than normal like @wmart . com or some variation of the correct one. I always double check the email address.

Still be careful. These crooks are very sophisticated and can make it LOOK like it came from a legitimate walmart email address when it really didn't.
