I picked up my WM order yesterday. I had 54 items in my order and only 3 got substituted with stuff I approved. I didn't even have to get out of my car or touch their screen to electronically sign it. They did that for me but asked me first.  It was a good experience and I will do it again, no doubt.

Thanks for reporting back.  I have used this service three times (Christmas twice, Thanksgiving once). There were two substitutions each time, but it was no big deal.  Just avoiding going into the store was like getting the "Willy Wonka Golden Ticket"!
