Any suggestions? What are your favorites?

Porkbelly is first on my list. Wine suggestions are welcome!

Be sure to sign up for their newsletter, there should also be current newsletters at the door when you go in. They're also online.

They're important because a lot of what TJoe's carries is seasonal.

Have fun Smile

There are so many things I like, it would take awhile. Try the peanut butter stuffed chubby pretzels, the salads already washed, the fresh basil, the frozen orange chicken, and the triple ginger cookies.

Re: Trader Joe's This Sunday

I have always prepared rice, instead of buying it, but having been without a kitchen for over five months, I discovered Trader Joe's brown rice in the freezer section. A box has three packets. Put one packet into the microwave and three minutes later, you have perfectly cooked brown rice. There are other types of rice also, but I cook this rice, and add whatever I want to it for salads or side dishes, just love it. The bottled herbs are so inexpensive, you won't believe it. I don't go often, but when I do, I stock up.

I like the frozen asparagus, frozen green beans, scallops, water crackers, chocolate chip mini cookies, crumbled feta cheese, crumbled blue cheese, bag of individual packs of nuts.

Okay, my list is ready. I wish they were closer. It's a little over three hour round trip for me. I'll go sometime in Sept and hopefully again before Christmas, unfortunately that trip depends if there is snow or not.

I like their Wild Rice. I buy a few packages of that and also the dry brown rice.

Tell me more about the bottled herbs! Do you mean the dried herbs?

The one that I go to is about 30 miles away. It's well worth the trip.

Have you tried the frozen roasted peppers? I use them a lot, they are so good!
