Q2-Quick question: Which WS pans do you have? They have the Gold Touch ones (also in steel). They are smaller than what I've ever used. Does this ever pose a problem? TIASmiley Happy

Go to Sam's Club and look for Bakers & Chefs Aluminum Sheet Pans (18 by 13 in) half sheet size. You get 2 pans for $10.78. I get them for Christmas gifts.

I also have Silpat mats that fit these pans, so I never have to grease the pan.

KAF has precut parchment paper to fit this size pan also.

I second this. These pans are the best. I used to work in a restaurant and they used them for cinnamon rolls. The owner gave us each a set for Christmas one year. They are inexpensive and very versatile. I am picking up a set later today for my DD for a gift.

I've been considering a Costco membership. Might be worth it.Smiley Happy

i have some real heavy gold toned ones I love. I looked and there's not even a name on them, so I have no clue. I do have some larger Technique ones that are heavy duty also and nice. I'm not a fan of air bake or double layered pans. Water gets in them and they rust. The one's I have don't have a name on them either, but I thought they were cooks essentials and they're really dark. I can pinch them together and they make a funny crunchy sound.

glmama- I got mine at Sam's club not Costco. I don't have a Costco near me. Wish I did. Not sure if they carry them or not. Just wanted to point this out before you got a Costco membership then not be able to find them.

I have a Rachel Ray large, heavy cookie sheet that I love. I found it at Marshalls.

Their sheet pans are the same as the old ones we have in size, but they do make a smaller one that I think comes 2 to a set. We use these a LOT to bake fish and veggies and LOVE them. My husband is throwing out all our old baking things and going to these. He buys something every time we are in!

Those GOLD ones are excellent. Heavy but not TOO heavy and I have never had one warp. We use the KA precut parchment sheets too and if you know anyone who bakes, get them some for Christmas!!!!!!
