I love my air-bakes.

I love my air-bakes also. They insure things don't get too brown on the bottom.

Is Air-Bake the brand, too? Thanks and I'll check them out.Smiley Happy

I've had a lot of cookie sheets in my time, but the KAF (King Arthur Flour) half sheet exceeds any I've ever owned. The KAF parchment fits right into the sheet. I wouldn't be without either of them.

Several years ago we dumped our nonstick, air-cushioned sheets because they did not perform well. We bought Chicago Metallic Commercial Uncoated cookies sheets and bakeware, which give us superior results.

I have one of these also. It is the only cookie sheet I use. Think I got it at the Minnesota State Fair years ago.

I contacted the manufacturer today since I am looking for cookie sheets. They wrote me back that they are now made in China instead of the USA. Too bad!

Yes, unfortunately sometime in 2010, Doughmakers experienced financial difficulties and were sold out to another company.

OH NO! I had gotten my old flat sheet pan out and posted from what is stamped on the back. Sorry for the bad info. I do have newer ones and just checked -nothing is stamped on them. Thanks for the update. Very sad!

Molasses cookies have a tendency to want to brown too much on the bottom before they are done. Spray the AirBake pans with Pam and they come out perfect. Wal-Mart sells them and Bed Bath and Beyond did sell them. I originally bought mine from QVC and mine are the entire width of the oven rack making cookies much faster than smaller cookie sheets. I wish they would sell these again. Good luck finding what is good for you. Wilton non stick products are easy to remove your food from also. Wal-Mart has a good selection in our area.

I second AirBake pans. My mom bought them many, many years ago and they were so good they are the only ones I use now.

I also agree with the ones from Sam's. I just bought another set to give to my MIL. She was complaining about hers & her daughter told her to get some from Sam's. We don't have a Sam's & they don't have a membership. We drive a 3 hr round trip when we go. I paid just over $10 for a set of 2. They are 18 x 13 x 1 & made in the USA.

Their sheet pans are the same as the old ones we have in size, but they do make a smaller one that I think comes 2 to a set. We use these a LOT to bake fish and veggies and LOVE them. My husband is throwing out all our old baking things and going to these. He buys something every time we are in!

Those GOLD ones are excellent. Heavy but not TOO heavy and I have never had one warp. We use the KA precut parchment sheets too and if you know anyone who bakes, get them some for Christmas!!!!!!

I have the two you are talking about. The two piece set are the 1/4 size. I have them and love them. I also have the other sizes as well. I use all their Gold Touch baking Products and have many. Pizza Pans, Muffin Pans two sizes, Cake Pans, 9x13 pan, Loaf Pans in various sizes and my recent buy Breakfast Bar Pan. I really do like them.
