I seem to be in the minority here. I like the silicone baking boards QVC used to sell. Why? Because I can leave the cookies on them to cool and they stop cooking. Metal will get a little browner on the bottom than I like. What I bake are large oatmeal with raisins, nuts and chocolate chips. They can't be moved until they cool or they will fall apart. I ruined one set trying to bake chicken pieces. Don't use them for anything but dough items.

I personally love the baking stones, in years past I tried the air-bake sheets and burned every cookie?? Since using the baking stones, I have not burned one!

I have been happy with the USA Pan brand items (Amazon) and you might take a look at those! i don't have their cookie sheets, but like the loaf pans and 9 x 13 I have from them.

I have one Cuisinart and one Nordic. The Cuisinart also has a heavy duty plastic lid. I have used them for about five years, and used them alot. They still look brand new and the finish never scratches nor stains. My daughter bought them for me from Costco. I have seen the new ones at Costco, but they don't have a non stick finish on them??? So I cannot vouch for those as I haven't used them.

Good luck. Nothing better than a great cookie sheet.

Nordic ware, hands down. It's also the one recommended by America's Test Kitchens.

Yesterday, I purchased a two-pack for $12.99 at Costco, which is typically the price for just one.

My cookie sheets always warp in the oven, even better ones I bought at BB&B. Are there any that don't do this that don't cost an arm and a leg?

The AirBake pans have never warped and definitely don't bend. When you wash them be sure not to put in the water and soak. They clean easily so no need to soak them. They are insulated with two layers so if you soaked them the water would get water between the layers and rust. Easy clean and care . Not expensive .
