Well I CAN get to Sooners in time for the turkey pie. 

But I'm hearing thunder, so I guess I'll stay home and just

copycat her.  I was just wondering what I'm going to make for

dinner tonight - so thanks for the idea @Sooner   

turkey pot pie for dinner.....those delicious BLTT for lunch.

@Kachina624 @yellowrose  Sorry I don't have a real "recipe" but I hope this helps you just take what you have around and make a tasty pie--and maybe freeze another for later.

We have some small pie pans and freezer to oven dishes, so for us it's an easy to have some comfort food on hand from what we might otherwise not use!

My plan is to make some turkey noodle & vegetable soup.  Never made it before but think I can make it up as I go along.

If anyone has a favorite recipe for this or a thicker turkey and vegetable stew, please share!
