@Nonametoday Caregiving sure can take a toll on the caregiver, if they aren't careful. I know, I've been there.

 

I hope you can get help sometimes, so that you can pamper yourself and have a change of scenery.  It's a must for your own health.  Take care.

Fresh oven roasted brussle sprouts, and cauliflower,with carrots,or potatoes are good,a bit of garlic,herbs of provence.

When you lose some one you L~O~V~E, that Memory of them, becomes a TREASURE.

@goldensrbest I have never heard of "herbs of provence".

@ECBG  They are a mix of herbs from the Provence region. I can’t remember which herbs as I haven’t had them in awhile.
