My husband said he'd like to try Brussel Sprouts. Thanks for the picture.

@Nonametoday I can see why any short cut would be helpful. You sound like an excellent caregiver.

@ECBG ~ Do you steam (brussel sprouts) first, before roasting in oven?  Thank you!

I have been using these for a long time.  My DH requires 3 small meals daily (lots of greens and veggies).  It is a lot of cooking 3 meals, preparing 3 snacks per day, doing all the personal care (including bathing, treating wounds), weighing twice daily, doing vital signs 2-3 times daily, measuring glucose 5 times daily, giving injections, dressing him, shaving and doing his hair not to mention cooking.  These are easy, nutritious and good.  I am glad you found them.

@Nonametoday. Bless your heart!  Your plate is full!  You are one strong woman!

@ECBG ~ I was just thinking the same thing.  God will bless you and your kindness and compassion @Nonametoday ❤️

@AKgirl2 I put a piece of aluminum foil on a bake sheet with sides.  Spray with olive oil.  Put on the Brussels sprouts and spray the top side.

Put on a 400 degree oven cook 20 minutes turning in the middle.

They're much sweeter than boiled!Smiley Happy

@ECBG ~ So, no steaming in bag first.  You place frozen brussels

onto lined, and sprayed baking sheet, bake for 20 min., turning halfway?

@ECBG ~ Thank You so much!  I love brussel sprouts, I bet these are tastier than roasting them the conventional way, (meaning from fresh.)  Although, I think the ones in the steam bag are fresh, as in uncooked?

@AKgirl2 I don't know which would be better.  These are very small which adds to sweetness.  Flavor would definitely be a judgment call.Smiley Happy
