Stuffin gourmet !?!

I finally ordered the stuffing gourmet Parmesan crusted chicken breasts. Dave says "take it out of your freezer, pop it in the oven 20-25 minutes,etc..." I feel their presentation on this is very misleading. I took 2 out of the freezer,popped them in my oven for 25 minutes and did not end up with "crispy, crunchy chicken". They were raw on the inside! Just sayin!
