I've always dusted my beef hunks with flour/salt/pepper and then browned. I'm a lazy cow now and wonder if one could make a rue and just throw the meat in and brown?!?!?!? Don't hate me because I'm lazy,,,,just trying to save ONE more dish to wash?!?!?!? Take this lightly, please.
