I can see social media being an important way to keep up with customers who don't watch TV.    They are on their phones and tablets all day anyway

It's now February of 2018 and Stacy Still has NO Chemistry with David and she does not seem comfortable working on this show.Someone did'nt think clearly when they hired her to work with David.She seems ..okay..but has zero chemistry with David.I'm sure QVC can put her with another host or have her sell clothes on  QVC.

I heard David say that Stacy was a weather girl in Philadelphia on tv.He said he use to watch her on tv.I wonder if David hired her to work with him.I hope not.

There are THOUSANDS of  people who would have chemistry with David.Its not like you have No Options QVC.

Maybe there is someone in QVC corporate who got her the job.

I have trouble listening to her shrill, growling loud voice, it hurts my ears and rankles my nerves.  I turn off volume when she talks since I want to watch ITKWD Sundays and Wednesdays....would prefer a different co-host with a more tolerable voice and personality! How about one of the new hosts, Cathy Pedreyes has a culinary degree!

She has been a host on the Q for a while now, more recently taking the ITKWD role too.  Years ago she was an anchor/reporter with a Philadelphia news station.  I don't think she would still be on the Q if she wasn't doing well at her job.

I think I remember that the story was she was a local news anchor in the Philly area.  Station management changed and she was out of a job so she auditioned for QVC and became a TV salesman.

@rick1236I don't think David does the hiring.  I also don't think they are giving Stacy a chance.  They hardly have her doing anything on the show.  Mary was much more assertive and seemed to keep getting to be more and more involved in the show and even got a cooking show of her own quickly.  Stacy should be presenting a few items and not just standing there to say "Chef Tony will be up next.", etc.  She was already a host when she joined the show so I think her spending time on social media is a waste of her time.  They have that other lady (forget her name) to do that.  Mary jumped from social media to be at the level of David pretty quickly.

I like Stacy.  She has a lot of experience hosting.  She will do fine.  We can't always see the host we like the best.  If u don't like her turn the TV off.  It is not nice to criticize the hosts, they are all doing their best each time they appear.
