Run Spicebox's Kitchen at home here for family and friends and collecting spices is my game.

Totally guilty of alphabetical order and they are all displayed at eye level on the wall in my kitchen. Spices frequently used are purchased in bulk. Love concocting ad hoc spice mixtures for dishes like a mad scientist.

Just yesterday made a big pot Cincinnati Chili that required almost a dozen spices. Variety is indeed the spice of life!

I love spices and had the same issue as you. I threw out quite a few older ones and ended up with a more manageable number. I bought 2 turntables (smaller ones) for a kitchen cabinet and put my baking spices on one and cooking spices on the other one. Taller items went in the middle and I put the most often used spices on one side and lesser used on the opposite side. I also bought a turntable for the bottom shelf cabinet - cooking sprays, vinegar bottles, etc. My "new system" has made things much easier for me...I'm not constantly knocking over jars and bottles! By the way, I considered the LnL spice jars but they're much larger than the jars that the spices come in, so I didn't get the LnL. I prefer the smaller jars and I can fit more on my turntables.
