I love it, but one of the round containers had the locking tab torn off the top when I opened the box. I am sending it back and getting a replacement. Hope I have better luck with the replacement. I ordered the Old World cobalt blue and I really love the color. Anyone else had trouble with this TSV??

Funny you should post this today. I received my first Temptations item this afternoon. I ordered the pack and go set. It's chipped in one corner. I really don't want to send the whole thing back, but it irks me that it's brand new and already chipped.

I think I'll get use out of the set, because I transport a lot of food back and forth, but I'm very, very, VERY disappointed with the quality of this item. I would be embarrassed to give it as a gift.

Should I bother to call and report the damage even though I'm not planning to return it?

I'm sorry to hear that. I would call customer service. I feel QVC needs to know even if you aren't going to send it back. You can always send it back and exchange it, but you don't know if the other item will be damaged too. This is my first time sending back a damaged item, so I hope all goes well. For me, the chipped corner would bother me. I still would call and tell them, maybe it will help them pack items better in the future.

Just went to post on the Temp-tations forum to see if anyone there had trouble with the TSV and most of the posts there are bashing Temp-tations. I never expected that. Usually people on the forums for a specific product are raving about the product.

A chipped corner would bother me. I would be disappointed and would return it. That's just me.

It's pretty small. I'm going to try to post a pic of it here.. we'll see how long it lasts before Webbie gets wind of it.

Yes it is little, if you can live with it that is all that matters. I would still let QVC customer service know it came damaged.

House_cat Is it glazed over? I would return it. Especially if it is not glazed where it is chipped. Water could leach in when you are cleaning it. Sorry for your disappointment. You will not have to pay to ship it. It's defective. You might even try calling CS and see if they will pick it up for you. I've had to return a whole set before. I was so bummed. It was really bad so I did not have to pay return shipping. I know there is a risk so I don't order temptations anymore. Especially TSV's. They seem to be the worst quality.
