@shoesnbags I think you will find you use it a lot for meats like chicken pieces, pork tenderloin and such. And you can cook meat and veggies together--if you are not really picky about how done veggies are.

Bed of cabbage, carrots in a steamer silicone basket that you can plop on top of the meat, cabbage in the bottom with some tomato sauce or chicken broth for liquid and sausages on top. . . etc. Have fun!

I wish I could send her mine, it's a 600 watt Pro model, a real beast, I just don't bake cakes for family/friends like I used to.

Of course it's so heavy it would cost a literal fortune to ship it!
