I imagine, with all the bad reviews (the cracking problem, for one), that QVC is probably looking to replace this brand with a better one. (Let's hope so, anyway!)

Although I have received many items with sloppy painting (some ridiculously bad) during my years of buying TT, I own at least 50 pieces, and not a single one has ever cracked or crazed or had any of the issues that so many have complained about. Perhaps this is because most of my pieces are in the red polka dot pattern that was "in vogue" fairly early on when the quality control was better, but my recently purchased bakers like the figural fruit and figural floral ones are also great. I guess I'll just count my lucky stars...

I would love to see them start selling more Made In America kitchen and dining items, such as Fiesta, Pyrex, Tervis, etc.

We need to bring the money back and keep it here in our country.

I also purchased several of the Cook's Essentials pieces and like them much better than Temptations. In fact, I gave my whole set away and will stick with the CE brand from now on.

I like Pampred Chef Stoneware, made in the USA still.

Re: Phasing out Temptations?

I love Temp-tations and have never had a problem with them. But, I don't need much more. Maybe some tabletop completer sets - Old World Green and Pointsettia. I would also like to see more holiday items for more holidays. We're going to be downsizing in a few years, so that's pretty much it for me. My DD likes Pioneer Woman. BTW, I do like the Cooks Essentials patterns.

I would be surprised if TT was phased out.
