With me there is no such thing as portion control with chips. I love Lays Limon and my husband doesn't, so the bag is mine. I don't buy chips all the time, but when I do, I eat as many as I want. I don't use a bowl. I eat right out of the bag.

We don't do that at our house. We put them in a small bowl, or a paper towel. But, we haven't been eating them very much lately...trying to be good eaters these days. The key word here is "trying."

DH loves potato chips. I do not buy them. I like them, but I do not eat them. He'd eat the whole bag in 15 minutes. I don't eat them and haven't in 30 years.

lol I take out a handful, put chips on a napkin, close the bag, and leave the room. Then... who am I kidding....I walk right back INTO the kitchen, and repeat And that right there is why we don't buy them often!

If it's a small bag, one that you purchase at a convenience store. I eat it right out of the bag. If it's the larger bag that you purchase in the grocery store, than I always pour a few onto a paper napkin and eat them that way.
