@twinkies I have an older version of the InstantPot and just love it:

Instant Pot IP-LUX60 6-in-1 Programmable Pressure Cooker, 6-Quart 1000-Watt

I just love mine and couldn't recommend it more.  As @mima mentioned, if you keep on eye on that site there should be great deals especially with the holidays coming up as that is where I bought mine at a great price . . . Smiley Happy

Today I am having beef I cooked in the InstantPot with mushroom soup, extra mushrooms and a splash of Worcestershire sauce.  As I cook for one, I cut the roast down into thirds and it makes a minimum of three meals in no time or effort at all.

I live alone and have three pressure cookers (6 qt., 4 qt. and 2 qt.).  I wouldn't be without one.  IMO pressure cookers and fresh vegetables were made for each other.  Want to know what a potato or carrot really tastes like?  Pressure cook them.

2qt  what do you use that for and where did you find it

@Marp  Just bringing this to your attention for jackthebear.  I'm kind of curious about the 2 qt. one too.  Sounds cute!  LOL
