@Ibby114 wrote:It looks like a great piece, wish I had a place for it! They also have another favorite of mine on sale, the trolley table 488-097. It's a little tall for use at my couch so I didn't install the wheels. And it's perfect! There are such nice colors available now too- they only had back and white when I bought it awhile back.
I have the Trolly and Telescoping Laptop Table and love them both. I don't raise or lower the telescoping table, but I can if I need to.
I have an open floor townhouse, so I have one on the top level and one on the middle level with hard wood floors and I just roll it around, room to room, when I'm cleaning.
I do hope they make on that people can use when sitting on furniture. I know the complaints about this are in the hundreds.

I ordered a black one! THANKS all for the updates!

Has anyone ever received one with chipped and damaged paint, or wheels that don't go on or work properly? The one star reviews mentioned these things.
I hope they aren't putting any damaged ones on clearance and selling them.
I'm tempted by the turquoise but reluctant to order because of this issue. I don't have any Origami but no assembly required is the best (hate assembly, stink at it). Like that ironing center they have today-Origami needs to make one if that would be possible.

I haven't ordered--yet--so can't speak to the shipping damage issue.
The kitchen cart is NOT on clearance. They've reduced the price, but it's not in the clearance section. The Origami utility rack/garden tool holder is on clearance, but not the kitchen cart.

I was only going by what the host said "clearance price because not coming back into stock".
I normally dont watch "full" presentations but I was doing something in the kitchen w/hsn on in the background --thanks for clearing this up.
I do like though when HSN has a clearance/sale price it's a good discount & free s/h (which really saves $ on a heavy piece).

@homedecor1 Hsn.com said that the cart price is 50 dollars off the original price. 139.95 is original price on the site.

I've bought 8 origami shelves in different configurations. I have never had a problem with wheel installation. I have many colors, red, bright purple, deep blue, bronze, and a unique red/black combination. I have never had an issue with paint jobs on them either.

WOW!!!! That is a great savings! I bought them when they were 1st introduced at least 3-4 years ago (can't remember what I paid)!
still wish I had room (or somewhere to put it). I'm redoing my walk in utility room - right now it's my catch all storage room because my kitty box is in there.
(The previous owner used it as a small office & moved washer/dryer into garage which I hate - yet, too costly to re-route plumbing back into room as was done when they built home).

@Greeneyedlady21 I had one where the wheels would not go on properly. I moved them around to different legs to see if that would work. I ended up stripping the wrench that comes with it. I emailed Origami in Texas and they mailed me new wheels and a new wrench at no charge and it's fine now.
My Telescoping Laptop Table is uneven. I think I just have to tighten the wheels a bit more. I just keep forgetting to get the wrench from the basement.
I have one shelf that I cannot not lock the bolt down. I believe it is one of the shoe rack set of 2. It still works fine and I didn't feel the need to send it back.
I have not gotten anything that is chipped.

Update - Thanks for reminding me to get the wrench out. I was able to tighten the wheels and that fixed the wobbly issue.
