I saw a chicken wing eating contest about 10 years ago at Buffalo's Wingfest. It was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen in my life.🤢🤮 Joey Chestnut was one of the contestants but he lost to a 100-lb woman, Micki Sudo. I lost my taste for wings after that spectacle.

@CrazyKittyLvr2   I agree.  It is totally nauseating watching people gorge themselves with food.  I can't watch.  In addition..it is such a waste of food.  Guess I just don't get it. 🤦🏻‍♀️

If they absolutely MUST show people making a disgusting spectacle of themselves at an eating contest, couldn't it be a safer food than hot dogs?

I saw they also did it with pizza. The record is 10 and a half slices in 10 minutes. This years winner ate 9 slices in 10 minutes!

I find this absolutely repulsive.  I turn off any channel covering it.  Disgusting, to say the least.

All those hot dogs and buns consumed in that contest could have feed a lot of hungry people like at a local homeless shelter.
